Our primary customer need is getting to and from the airport as quickly as possible.

Doing the above will help us attain our goal: the average customer wait time for a bus should be 5 minutes or less, and no customer should ever have to wait for a bus for more than 10 minutes.

Giving management the feedback necessary to allow them to continuously improve our systems, processes, and procedures.
